Todd Alexander

Todd R. Alexander is an Associate Attorney at Benson & Bingham Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, joining the firm in 2022. A Reno-Sparks native and U.S. Navy veteran, he focuses primarily on personal injury and accident law in Nevada.

Alexander began his career with a clerkship with a District Judge at the Second Judicial District Court in Washoe County, then served as an associate attorney at Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg from 2008 to 2022 practicing civil litigation and insurance defense. Before joining Benson & Bingham, he was a partner at a Reno firm focused on insurance defense litigation. He has tried numerous cases before Washoe County juries in state and federal courts, and argued several cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and Nevada Court of Appeals.

Alexander earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2007 and his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Nevada, Reno.
