Ben Bingham

Ben J. Bingham is a Partner and co-founder of Benson & Bingham Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, which he co-founded with his cousin Joe Benson. With more than 25 years in practice, he has represented numerous clients across Nevada in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, animal and dog bites, defective and dangerous products, wrongful death, premises liability, and brain injuries.

Bingham earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferis School of Law in 2000, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. While attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as an undergraduate, he was employed by Lyles, Austin & Burnett as a law clerk.

He has been recognized with the Top 10 Attorney Award and Top 10 In Nevada from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, America's Top 100 Attorneys, National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and Million Dollar Advocates Forum membership.
