Tye Masters

Tye Masters is an Associate Attorney at Benson & Bingham Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, joining the firm in 2025 and specializing in personal injury law. The son of a U.S. Air Force pilot, he was raised in Germany, Texas, and Arkansas before settling in Nevada in 2001.

Masters previously served as in-house counsel at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada Hospital from 2017 to 2025, advising on Medicare/Medicaid regulatory matters, insurance billing, hospital accreditation, and healthcare provider standards, and managing medical malpractice, premises liability, and credentialing claims.

Masters earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2017 (Dean's Merit Scholarship recipient) and passed the Nevada bar on his first attempt that year. He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2013, with a dual major in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics, and Law, and a minor in Business Law.
