Joseph Benson II

Joseph L. Benson II is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Benson & Bingham Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas. He has been licensed to practice in Nevada since October 2000 and has tried more than 25 jury cases and conducted over 100 arbitrations and mediations.

Benson began his career at Benson, Bertoldo, & Baker from 2000 to 2003 before co-founding Benson & Bingham in 2004. His practice covers personal injury, workers' compensation, and products liability, with particular expertise in premises liability and slip-and-fall cases involving casinos and hotels (a topic on which he is publishing a book).

Benson earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2000 and his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is recognized in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was named to Vegas magazine's 2022 Las Vegas Leading Lawyers.
