Ida Ybarra

Ida M. Ybarra is an Associate Attorney at Benson & Bingham Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, focused on workers' compensation and personal injury matters.

Before joining Benson & Bingham, Ybarra worked at a personal injury firm where she created and managed the workers' compensation department, and earlier worked as a workers' compensation insurance adjuster for several insurance companies. Ybarra earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she studied abroad in Nice, France and was taught international constitutional law by the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Scalia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare with an emphasis in psychology and a minor in Chicana/o Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Originally from Corcoran, California.
