Paul Krauss

Paul A. Krauss, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury Attorney At Law, based in River Edge, New Jersey. He represents plaintiffs in motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall and other premises liability matters, dog attacks, products liability cases, dram shop actions, equestrian facility and ski resort liability, tort claims against public entities, assaults, and general personal injury matters.

Krauss has extensive trial experience in New Jersey courts and has prepared and participated in appeals to the New Jersey Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Earlier in his career he practiced in a wide range of areas including insurance defense, municipal court matters, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation.

He earned his B.A. in English from Saint Peter's University in 1986 and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School–Newark in 1993. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court.
