Thomas O'Connor

Thomas C. O'Connor, Esq. is a Workers' Compensation Trial Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, based in New Jersey. With more than 25 years of experience on both sides of workers' compensation litigation and a 33-year bar history, he represents injured workers across the firm's New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania practice.

O'Connor began his career as a Senior Trial Attorney with AIG, defending workers' compensation claims for the insurer — experience that gives him direct insight into how carriers evaluate, contest, and litigate cases, perspective he now applies on behalf of injured workers.

O'Connor holds a 4.9 Peer Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He earned his B.A. from Rutgers College in 1985 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
