About Christopher Frayer

Christopher Frayer is a Trial Attorney at Buckfire Law concentrating on medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, birth injury, civil rights, and governmental claims.

Frayer earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001 and his undergraduate degree from Northwood University in 1991, where he was a scholarship athlete and tennis team captain. He is admitted to the State Bars of Michigan, Florida, and Connecticut, and to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Central District of Florida, and the District of Connecticut, as well as the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court.

Frayer joined Buckfire in February 2024 after previously working as a medical malpractice attorney in metro Detroit representing healthcare entities and professionals. He has been named in Michigan's Top 100 Trial Lawyers and has secured significant settlements including $4,000,000 in a birth injury malpractice case.
