Emory Rogers

Emory Rogers is a personal injury lawyer at Butler Kahn who brings firsthand experience to his clients' cases, having been in two serious car crashes himself. He moved to Atlanta after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law and began representing injured clients immediately. While in law school, Emory volunteered with non-profit organizations and child advocacy groups.

He handles a range of personal injury matters and draws on his personal experience with car accidents to better understand the fear, pain, and confusion his clients face after traumatic events. Emory completed his undergraduate studies at Furman University, earning degrees in Politics and International Affairs as well as Urban Studies. Outside the office he gardens, works with wood, and follows the Atlanta Braves.
