Brian Winebright

Brian Winebright is a Partner at Cantor Injury Law and has worked alongside Mark Cantor since 2013. He handles personal injury claims from intake through resolution, covering trucking and auto collisions, dog bites, premises liability, wrongful death, rideshare liability, insurance bad faith, motorcycle accidents, and boating and ATV injuries. Brian prepares every case from the outset as if it will go to a jury, securing witness statements, surveillance footage, and scene photographs early. In 2024, he was part of the trial team that obtained a $462 million verdict, including $450 million in punitive damages, for wrongful deaths caused by a trailer manufacturer's defective rear-impact guards, believed to be one of the largest punitive damage awards against a trailer manufacturer on record. He also helped secure class certification for Missouri prison guards who later won a $113 million verdict.
