Samuel Cullan

Samuel (Sam) Cullan is a medical doctor, engineer, and trial attorney at Cullan & Cullan LLC, licensed to practice in Arizona, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. He earned an engineering degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 1982, and a medical degree from Creighton University Medical School in 1987. He is board certified in legal medicine by the American College of Legal Medicine and is a member of the National Board of Advocacy.

Cullan focuses his practice on birth injury, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, and personal injury litigation, including car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases, and the firm credits him with numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries and record-breaking verdicts for clients.
