About Tim Dollar

Tim Dollar is one of the most accomplished trial lawyers in the country, having tried more than 286 jury trials and won hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients. Over a 35-year career he has also served as a Special Homicide Prosecutor for Jackson County, Missouri, prosecuting high-profile criminal cases including the nationally covered Precious Doe case. His civil cases include Bresette v. Brassfield and Gorre, arising from the collapse of a flight display board at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport that fatally injured a 10-year-old boy, and representation of Kansas City Chiefs mascot KC Wolf after a serious stunt injury at Arrowhead Stadium. Tim is a longtime member of the Missouri Bar, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and was President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys in 2012. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2005 and has received Super Lawyers Top 100 in Missouri recognition every year since 2005.
