About Tim Becker

Tim Becker has spent nearly 30 years as one of the country's leading truck crash litigators, trying cases in 38 states and securing millions of dollars for clients. He is known for his methodical approach to uncovering the cause of crashes -- reviewing driver logs, maintenance records, and federal safety regulations -- and for his ability to draw on a national network of experts. Tim has served on the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys Board of Governors, co-chaired its Judicial Outreach Committee, and was a former adjunct professor in trial advocacy at UMKC School of Law. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and received Super Lawyers Top 100 in Missouri honors from 2006 to 2023.
