Jeff Burns

Jeff Burns is one of the foremost truck crash attorneys in the country and the first attorney in Missouri to earn Board Certification in Truck Accident Law through the National Board of Trial Advocacy -- one of the first 23 attorneys in the United States to hold that credential. His practice focuses on complex commercial trucking cases against carriers, brokers, shippers, and logistics providers. Beyond litigation, Jeff has served as National Transportation Counsel for Parents Against Tired Truckers (P.A.T.T.) since the mid-1990s, sat on the National Academy of Sciences Transportation Research Board Truck and Bus Safety Committee, and has been appointed by the Secretary of Transportation to the National Freight Advisory Committee.
