Eric Gutierrez

Eric I. Gutierrez has been a personal injury attorney with Curtis Legal Group since 2010, practicing for over 10 years. He is a bilingual attorney, fluent in both English and Spanish, who focuses on helping injury victims in personal injury litigation. Eric handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, dog bites, medical malpractice, and product liability. He has been practicing law since 2005, using his knowledge and negotiating skills to fight for clients harmed by the negligence of others.

Eric graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1998 and earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005, where he graduated with distinction and was a member of the Traynor Honor Society. While in law school, he worked at the Victims of Crime Resource Center, providing legal services and resources to victims and their families throughout California. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California, the Stanislaus County Bar Association, and the Wray Ladine American Inn of Court.
