About Jason Rose

Jason Rose is a dedicated personal injury attorney and advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, driven by a commitment to securing justice for victims of negligence and abuse. As a seasoned litigator, Jason manages cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, civil assaults, dog bites, medical sexual assault, sexual abuse, and wrongful death. He is also an instructor at the UC Davis Paralegal Program and speaks at legal conferences and seminars.

Jason was included in the Northern California Super Lawyer Rising Stars list for five consecutive years (2016-2020), an honor limited to only 2.5% of attorneys, and was selected for the Northern California Super Lawyers list in 2023, a distinction held by just 5% of practitioners in the region. He received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Dominican University of California and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Jason is a Central Valley native who went to high school in Lodi.
