Maria Jaime

Maria C. Jaime has been an attorney with Curtis Legal Group since 2006, focusing her practice on representing clients injured in traffic accidents of all kinds. She has worked in the legal industry since 2003, including as a pro bono attorney with California Rural Legal Assistance, a non-profit that provides free legal services to rural low-income families and senior citizens. The first Latina lawyer to join Curtis Legal Group, Maria handles cases involving auto accidents, truck accidents, off-road vehicle accidents, and trip and fall cases. She also represents families of victims in wrongful death cases.

Maria graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences in 2000 and earned her law degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2003. She was selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers List for personal injury in 2020 and 2021 and was recipient of the Stanislaus County Commission for Women's Outstanding Woman of the Year award in 2014. She is Vice-President of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and President of the Latino Business Association. Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish.
