Fred Torres

Fred Torres is a personal injury attorney with fourteen years of experience who has been with Davis Law Firm since 2022. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he finished high school in Florida and at age 18 enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. His unit was activated for Operations Desert Shield (1990) and Desert Storm (1991), and he was a decorated Sergeant upon honorable discharge in 1996.

He later earned a career in graphic design and computer animation before pursuing a J.D. Cum Laude from the Pontifical Catholic University's School of Law in Puerto Rico in 2007, where he was a member of the Law Review. Fred is an accomplished bilingual attorney with experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, intellectual property, entertainment law, family law, and bankruptcy. He is admitted in Texas, the Southern District of Texas, and in Puerto Rico and its federal courts.
