Drew Lombardi

Drew Lombardi is an Associate Attorney at Dearie Law Group, P.S. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University, where he earned his degree magna cum laude, and the University of Washington School of Law, where he graduated with Honors and took part in the UW Law Tulalip Tribal Court Public Defense Clinic. He was selected to the Moot Court Honor Board during law school. Before joining Dearie Law Group in 2022, Lombardi worked at a large corporate defense firm handling semi-truck accident cases. Since joining the firm, he has taken a significant role in multiple trials resulting in favorable verdicts for clients, including a Washington State record wrongful death verdict of $130 million

• a $21 million verdict for a pedestrian struck by a car, a Washington State record slip and fall verdict of $13.1 million
• a $14.7 million car crash verdict
• and a $3 million verdict for a child sexual abuse case against the State of Washington. He has also taken a lead role in cases resulting in favorable pre-trial settlements, including a $15 million settlement for an insurance company's failure to pay underinsured motorist limits
• a $6 million settlement for wrongful death caused by medical malpractice
• a $6 million settlement for workplace finger amputations, a multi-million dollar policy limits settlement for an elderly trip and fall victim who sustained facial fractures
• and a $1.1 million settlement for a head-on car crash victim who sustained an ankle fracture, among other settlements ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars
