About Daryl Zaslow
Daryl L. Zaslow is a Shareholder at Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP, certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. His practice concentrates on medical malpractice, obstetrical malpractice, birth injuries, prenatal diagnosis failures, cancer misdiagnosis, wrongful death, and significant personal injury cases. In 2025, together with a partner then at the firm, he obtained a $17 million settlement, structured with annuities bringing the total value to between $26.95 million and $37.15 million over the plaintiff's lifetime, for a four-year-old child who suffered hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy as a result of a birth injury; the settlement was approved on January 3, 2025 by the Honorable James Den Uyl, J.S.C., following mediation before the Honorable Joseph P. Quinn, J.S.C. (Ret.). In 2026, he secured a $26 million recovery in a case involving drowning deaths and a $3 million settlement in a brachial plexus injury case.
In 2023, he obtained a $12 million recovery in a case involving a failure to properly treat an allergic reaction in an emergency department. His earlier results include an $8.2 million wrongful birth verdict, a $7.8 million negligent security verdict, and a verdict of more than $5.5 million in an Erb's Palsy case. He earned his B.A. with honors from The College of William and Mary in 1993 and his J.D. cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
