About Matthew Eichen

Matthew R. Eichen is a Senior Associate in the personal injury department at Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP. He holds Civil Trial Attorney certification from the Supreme Court of New Jersey and represents clients in the New Jersey Superior Court and federal court systems. A native New Jerseyan, he competed in mock trial competitions in law school, earning regional champion status in 2010 and competing nationally with the American Association for Justice. He has conducted jury trials in personal injury and medical malpractice matters and has successfully argued before the Appellate Division. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, in 2011 and his B.A. in Justice, Law and Society from the University of Rhode Island in 2007.

He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, both since 2012. He serves as a Trustee of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He was named to the National Trial Lawyers' Top 40 Under 40 in 2020 and recognized among the National Trial Lawyers' Top 10 in Client Satisfaction in 2021.
