About Thomas Rinaldi
Thomas F. Rinaldi serves as Of Counsel at Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP, practicing in personal injury and medical malpractice. In his first decade of practice, he has recovered more than $50 million for clients in New Jersey and Georgia. He was named "Litigator of the Year" by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers in 2024, recognized as a Top Attorney in Personal Injury for 2023 and 2024, and named to the National Trial Lawyers' list of Top 40 Under 40 for eight consecutive years. He has also received a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" designation and was honored as a "New Leaders of the Bar" recipient.
His case work includes Williams v. Wood, Elliott v. Green, multiple decisions in Washington v. Perez, Pannacciulli v. Beloff, and a $3.3 million settlement in Gonzalez v. Foley. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.S. in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
