Michael Shaw

Michael B. Shaw is an Associate in the personal injury department at Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP, concentrating his practice on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and catastrophic injuries. He also focuses on funeral home negligence cases, representing families when funeral homes, crematories, or cemeteries mishandle remains. Before joining the firm, he served as law clerk for the Honorable Mark A. Troncone in the New Jersey Superior Court and worked at other personal injury firms.

He earned his J.D. from Albany Law School and his B.S. from Quinnipiac University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
