Thomas Dwyer

Thomas J. 'Tom' Dwyer is an Associate Attorney at Fang Injury and Accident Lawyers in Denver, focusing on personal injury law, litigation, and client advocacy. He has more than 30 years of legal experience handling automobile collisions, motorcycle collisions, pedestrian accidents, and other personal injury matters.

Dwyer attended law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and practiced personal injury law in Chicago before moving to Colorado in 1982, where he tried 35 cases as a deputy district attorney in Adams County. He spent 13 years as a personal injury attorney at Franklin D. Azar and Associates, where he was the firm's top generator of resolutions with approximately $30 million in settlements between 2002 and 2011, and founded Dwyer Law in 2014. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Augustana College.
