Alicia Smith

Alicia Marie Smith is a Premises Liability Attorney at Farah & Farah's Orlando, Florida office, where she focuses on cases involving serious, life-changing injuries caused by unsafe property conditions. Over the past four years on the plaintiffs' side, she has recovered more than $80 million in verdicts and settlements for her clients, earning the nickname 'Honey Badger' from colleagues for her relentless trial approach.

Before representing injured clients, Smith built her foundation across multiple roles — felony division legal intern with the Public Defender's Office, certified legal intern with the State Attorney's Office, law clerk for a Florida insurance defense firm, and civil litigation associate at a statewide trial defense firm where she defended Fortune 500 companies and insurance carriers in premises and professional liability matters.

Smith earned her B.A. in Political Science (Pre-Law) from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law (Class of 2015). She is admitted to The Florida Bar (#117607).
