Richard Talbot

Richard Talbot is a Shareholder and Attorney at Geoff McDonald & Associates, where he leads the firm's workers' compensation team. A Massachusetts native, Richard was motivated to pursue law after witnessing his father, a police officer, suffer a severe on-the-job injury — an experience that shaped his commitment to advocating for injured workers. Richard earned a Bachelor's in Political Science from Western New England University in 2013 and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, he completed a judicial internship at Springfield District Court in Massachusetts and interned at the criminal defense firm BoykoNapier, PLLC in Richmond.
