Jason Guinasso

Jason D. Guinasso grew up in Reno, Nevada, and leads GGRM's statewide personal injury practice. He graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor's in Political Science, then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Nevada in 2003 and California in 2005, and is licensed to appear before the Federal District Court of Nevada and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Since 2003, he has handled catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, and his appellate advocacy has produced several published decisions that changed Nevada law and policy. He is also a civil litigator known for his trial and legal writing skills. Outside his practice at GGRM, Jason maintains Guinasso Law, a pro bono public advocacy firm focusing on survivors of sexual assault and commercial sexual exploitation.
