Kaitlin Roach

Kaitlin M. Roach is the firm’s Learning & Development Director and a Partner in its Seattle office.

Kaitlin began her career with GLP Attorneys in 2013 as a legal intern in the firm’s Spokane office while attending Gonzaga University School of Law. After graduation, she practiced as an associate attorney in the firm’s Spokane and Tri-Cities offices from 2014 to 2017, before transferring to Seattle in 2018 to be closer to her family in Redmond.

Recognized for her excellence and leadership, Kaitlin has been named a Rising Star by Washington Super Lawyers for nine consecutive years,an honor reserved for only the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state. Her unique combination of legal expertise, operational insight, and dedication to mentorship makes her an invaluable leader and advocate for professional growth within GLP Attorneys.
