RJ Ermola

As Idaho Practice Co-Leader for GLP Attorneys, RJ is responsible for advancing the firm’s mission throughout the state by leading its regional team, cultivating strong community and provider relationships, and ensuring that every client receives exceptional legal representation and care.

What drives RJ most is helping people rebuild their lives after tragedy. He believes that every injured person deserves not only an advocate, but a voice,someone who will stand beside them when they feel powerless and fight to make sure their story is heard. His clients often come to him during some of the most difficult times of their lives, and he finds deep purpose in helping them secure both justice and dignity through the legal process.

RJ is a passionate advocate for fairness, accountability, and community. Whether in negotiation, mediation, or the courtroom, he approaches each case with empathy, preparation, and the belief that standing up for injured people is one of the most meaningful ways to serve others.
