Corey Morgenstern

Corey Morgenstern is a Partner at Hach & Rose, LLP in New York City, where he serves as an aggressive and practical advocate for injured plaintiffs. His practice focuses on construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall and premises liability cases, and Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) matters involving railroad workers. Corey began his legal career on the defense side before transitioning in February 2018 to representing injured individuals, a shift driven by his passion for helping those who need a strong advocate. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where he was a three-time Dean's List recipient.
