John Blyth

John A. Blyth is a Partner at Hach & Rose, LLP in New York City, practicing in the fields of personal injury, mass torts, and complex civil litigation. He handles all types of catastrophic injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, elder neglect and abuse, construction injuries, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death. John started at Hach & Rose when he was in law school as an intern and has gone on to litigate cases in both New York State and New Jersey, securing many six- and seven-figure results in verdicts and settlements. He became a partner with the firm in January 2023.
