David Cheverie

David R. Cheverie is Of Counsel at Hach & Rose, LLP, where he focuses on personal injury and mass tort litigation with a particular emphasis on construction site accidents and representing union members injured or killed on the job. He concentrates on institutional investor and client outreach as well as new case development. A proud member of Laborers' Local 230, David frequently lectures at union membership meetings on construction site safety and the rights of injured workers. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers from 2021 through 2024 and was previously named a Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple times between 2013 and 2020.
