Joshua Marchbanks

Joshua Marchbanks is an Associate Attorney at Hach & Rose, LLP in New York City, working in the firm's Auto Accident Litigation Department. He focuses on motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, and general negligence claims throughout New York. A first-generation college graduate, Joshua was drawn to the legal profession to challenge himself professionally and to help others during difficult moments in their lives. During law school he served as a law clerk at two personal injury firms, and as a law clerk in Hach & Rose's pre-litigation department before joining as an attorney.
