About Halina Radchenko

Halina Radchenko is Of Counsel to Hach & Rose, LLP, a national personal injury firm based in New York City. Since becoming an attorney in 2007, she has practiced exclusively in plaintiff's personal injury and child custody, with particular expertise in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases. She has handled numerous cases against the City of New York, the NYC Transit Authority, the NYC Housing Authority, and the State of New York. Before joining Hach & Rose she ran her own personal injury practice. She served as the 54th President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), during which the long-pending wrongful death bill passed both houses of the New York State Legislature.
