Stephen Hasner

Stephen R. Hasner is the founder and Managing Attorney of Hasner Law, P.C., a workers' compensation and personal injury law firm with offices in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia.

Hasner has been practicing law in Florida and Georgia since 1997. He initially focused his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury cases on the defense side, but later switched to representing injured and disabled workers.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida.

He is admitted to the Georgia and Florida bars.

Hasner co-founded the Georgia Injured Workers' Advocate and serves as board chairman of the Workplace Injury Network Political Action Committee (WIN-PAC). He has served as a member of the board of directors of the Workers' Compensation Claimant Lawyers (a division of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association) and as co-chair of the Workers' Compensation Law Institute.
