Adam Hepburn

Adam Joseph Hepburn is a Founding Partner of HHJ Trial Attorneys (Hepburn, Hernandez & Jung) and the Managing Partner of the firm's Personal Injury Division, focusing on catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful death in San Diego County. He handles the firm's most complex injury cases, typically car-accident, motorcycle, and serious-injury matters valued at more than $1 million. Adam was hand-picked to work with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps in San Diego, helping defend service members facing serious criminal charges, and earlier worked with the San Diego Public Defender's Office, where he successfully litigated multiple jury trials and posted one of the highest acquittal/dismissal rates in an office of more than 200 attorneys.

Just two years after opening his firm, Adam was named a Super Lawyer; HHJ has also been voted Best Litigation Firm by peers in the San Diego Union-Tribune. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley and earned a full-tuition merit scholarship to California Western School of Law, where he ranked in the top 5% of his class, wrote for the Law Review, and competed on the school's Trial Advocacy Team.
