Elliott Jung

Elliott H. Jung is a Founding Partner of HHJ Trial Attorneys (Hepburn, Hernandez & Jung), a top-rated personal injury and employment litigation firm serving San Diego County. He represents victims of catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, sexual assault, and workplace retaliation, and has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Elliott teaches trial skills as an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law, coaches law students in local and national trial competitions, and is a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College. He is committed to pro bono service through the San Diego Christian Legal Aid Society and serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian Cultural Media Alliance. During law school, Elliott interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office Appellate Unit, where he argued cases before a panel of three judges, and spent his final year with the Federal Public Defender's Office helping defend federal drug-smuggling and high-profile fraud cases.
