Georgianna Quinn

Georgianna focuses her practice on civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, and estate planning. She practices throughout the State of Indiana, in both the state and federal courts, and has represented clients before the Indiana Court of Appeals, as well as the Indiana Supreme Court. Her practice areas include civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, civil rights and constitutional torts, employment law, business and contract disputes, dram shop, premises and auto liability, bad faith insurance defense, wrongful death cases, mass tort litigation, estate planning and probate. She is an Adjunct Professor at the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law, a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy (Class IX), a Pathway to Law Mentor, and a board member for the American Lives Theatre.
