Lauren Hardesty

Lauren focuses her practice on civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, and estate planning. She often provides insurance coverage opinions and engages in litigation to defend clients to the fullest extent of the law. She practices throughout the entire State of Indiana, and she has also represented clients before the Indiana Court of Appeals. Her practice areas include civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, first and third-party insurance litigation, estate planning and probate. Lauren is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 to 2021.
