Theodore Blanford

Ted is gearing down for retirement. During the past 35 years he had a diverse practice representing individuals, small businesses, and insurance companies in legal matters throughout the State and Federal courts in Indiana. He has handled a wide range of insurance defense cases in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage and defense, environmental law and construction.

Ted is a member of Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and chaired the Litigation Section in years past. He has presented CLE lectures on wrongful death, deposition tactics as well as trial tactics. He has over 50 jury trials defending clients in wrongful death cases, auto accident, product liability, slip and fall, and uninsured/underinsured coverages.
