Rachel Smith

Rachel E. Smith is the Founder and Trial Attorney of Injury Law Associates in Kansas City, Missouri. Her practice focuses on catastrophic injury cases including car/truck/motorcycle accidents, dog bites, traumatic brain injuries, nursing home negligence, and sexual assault.

Smith earned her Juris Doctorate and MBA from the University of Kansas as a Rice Scholar. She earned her undergraduate degree from Kansas State University, graduating with honors.

She is admitted to the Missouri Bar.

She has been named a Super Lawyer annually since 2009, named to the National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40, recognized as a Woman Who Means Business by the Kansas City Business Journal, and has received Best of the Bar and Top 100 Trial Lawyers designations.
