Nick Ware

Nick Ware is a partner at Kherkher Garcia who joined in October 2022. He grew up in Humble, Texas and earned his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2015. His practice focuses on wrongful death, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

Nick has first-chaired more than 30 personal injury jury trials. He was invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2021, an exclusive nationwide organization of premier trial attorneys and judges dedicated to championing the Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial. He is also a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
