About Daniel Dutko
Daniel Dutko is a partner at Kherkher Garcia with more than 20 years of trial experience and over 50 jury trials. In 2023, Daniel was appointed Special Prosecutor by the Texas House of Representatives for the impeachment trial of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. He earned his degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was named Dean's Most Outstanding Student Advocate and inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Lawdragon has named him one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America in 2025 and 2026.
