About Daniel Dutko
Daniel Dutko is a partner at Kherkher Garcia with more than 20 years of trial experience and over 50 jury trials. He joined from Rusty Hardin & Associates, where he served as managing partner and head of personal injury litigation. In 2025, Daniel was lead trial counsel in Skaggs v.
