About James Moore

James G. Moore is a partner at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore handling both negligence and medical malpractice cases throughout the litigation process. He also assists senior partner Thomas Moore during trial. Before joining KDLM, he worked at the Kings County District Attorney's office as a prosecutor, where he maintained an undefeated hearing and trial record for over a year.

In addition to his work at the firm, James is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches mock trial and trial techniques. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2012, where he majored in History and Peace Studies, and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2015. He has been recognized on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2019 to 2021, named to the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys Top 10 Under 40 in New York City since 2020, and listed in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
