Samantha Radlevich

Samantha Radlevich is an associate attorney at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore, where she advocates for victims of medical malpractice and personal injury. Her prior experience spans motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, school assault, and civil rights litigation, as well as time at a defense firm where she gained insight into defense strategies in personal injury cases. She is licensed in New York, is fluent in both English and Russian, and serves the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County. She is a member of the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. Radlevich earned her Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College in 2014 and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2018.
