About Mary Gibbons

Mary C. Gibbons is an associate attorney at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore focused on medical malpractice litigation. Prior to joining KDLM, she practiced as a public defender for over nine years in New York and New Hampshire, representing juvenile and adult clients from inception to disposition and litigating numerous bench and jury trials. At Brooklyn Defender Services, she was a member of the Medically Complicated unit, defending clients in cases involving allegations of abusive head trauma, Munchausen by Proxy, and other medical claims, and gained experience cross-examining expert doctors and analyzing medical records. She is a member of the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Gibbons graduated from Fordham University summa cum laude in 2009 and from Fordham University School of Law magna cum laude and Order of the Coif in 2015, where she was a Stein Scholar in Public Interest and Ethics.
