Thomas Korbee

Thomas C. Korbee is Of Counsel at Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis and has practiced law since 1977, handling litigation involving death or serious permanent injury from medical malpractice and vehicle crashes in federal and state courts. He has secured settlements exceeding one million dollars in both Ohio and Kentucky. Before joining Lawrence, Beirne & Lewis in 1994, he focused on labor and employment law and served as Chairman of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Labor and Employment Committee in 1992. He currently serves as general counsel for a labor organization.

He graduated cum laude from Xavier University and earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Cincinnati Magazine recognized him as an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2010 and 2011. He holds bar admissions in Ohio, Kentucky, multiple federal district courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
