Nicholas Emerson

Nicholas Emerson is an Associate Attorney at Levin & Perconti in Chicago, where he joined in April 2018 and practices personal injury and medical malpractice law. A native of Chicago's Hegewisch neighborhood, he previously served as an extern for the Honorable James N. O'Hara at the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division, where he researched and drafted weekly memoranda and orders on motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in product liability, medical negligence, and motor vehicle accident cases. He also clerked for a workers' compensation firm before joining Levin & Perconti.
