About Nausha Naik

Nausha Naik is a Pre-Litigation Attorney at Lorenz & Lorenz Accident & Injury Lawyers in Austin, Texas. She manages a high-volume caseload of approximately 175 active personal injury matters from intake through settlement, collaborating with and supervising a team of case managers to ensure timely case progression and consistent client service. She has negotiated directly with insurance carriers and medical providers, securing more than $1.6 million in attorney fees to date.

Naik holds an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a separate Master's degree in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. Earlier in her career, she taught LLB courses in ADR and Law on Education at Maharashtra National Law University in Mumbai. While at USC, she served as a Graduate Fellow at the school's mediation clinic, mediating small claims and civil harassment matters in Los Angeles County courts, and as Co-President of the Gould Dispute Resolution Society.

Naik received the Dean's Academic Excellence Award and a High Pass distinction in Legal Writing from USC. She is licensed to practice in Texas.
