Kevin Morgan

Kevin D. Morgan is an associate attorney at Lubin & Meyer focusing on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, handling hundreds of major felony and misdemeanor prosecutions and trying dozens of cases to verdict as lead counsel. He was awarded the Most Outstanding Prosecutor award in 2023.

He graduated magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston and received his B.A. from SUNY Buffalo State University. During law school, he interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and clerked for Judge Robert Tochka in Suffolk Superior Court. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
